Before our engineers arrive, make sure to:

Check your G Network account for any outstanding balance or payments.
Ensure that all necessary documentation, such as ID and proof of address, is readily available.
Identify the best location for our engineers to access your property.
Provide access to your home, including any locked doors or gates.

Step 2: Installation Day

Our engineers will arrive at your property to complete the installation. This process usually takes up to three hours to complete, but may vary depending on the complexity of the installation. During this time, they will:

Install the necessary equipment, including the router and fibre connection.
